INTRODUCTION
This site brings together the disciplinary complaint submitted to the Superior Council of the Judiciary, as well as the main documents, procedural filings, recordings, and contextual materials relating to the child-return proceedings under the 1980 Hague Convention. Its purpose is to provide an organised, transparent, and document-based reading of the case, making it easier to access the most relevant materials quickly.
The material is divided by topic and by standalone documents, so that each reader can consult directly the procedural timeline, the court’s conduct, the position of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the communications of the Central Authority, the filings submitted, and the decisions rendered. Where possible, the texts are accompanied by direct links to the relevant documents and audio excerpts.
This is a case of exceptional human and legal gravity, involving respect for the Hague Convention, the protection of the child, procedural speed, and the proper conduct of judicial office. The documentation made available here is intended to contribute to an informed assessment of the facts and to public and institutional scrutiny of a situation which, by reason of its duration and consequences, merits serious and transparent examination.
